Common questions

My purchase or subscription isn't showing up.
Open Léelo, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. This re-checks your Apple account for the Premium subscription or Lifetime purchase and unlocks the library again.
I want a refund.
Purchases are handled entirely by Apple, so refunds go through Apple, not us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
My progress didn't sync to my other device.
Léelo syncs through iCloud. Make sure both devices are signed in to the same Apple Account and have iCloud Drive turned on for Léelo under Settings > [your name] > iCloud.
A definition or translation looks wrong.
Word definitions come from an on-device dictionary or Apple Intelligence, and sentence translations run on Apple's Translation framework — both can occasionally miss context. Email us the word or sentence and which book it's from, and we'll take a look.
